Because this is a smaller game, you get less NPCs to interact with, but there's a good bit of plot / information about each one. As the plot moves on & events happen, talking to the characters over & over yeilds different responses & helps explain what's going on. This page has the basic summary for the people, but doesn't get into the plot detail like the actual plot page does.

Milio & Cyan
2 human kids who stand around in town. Milio is the boy and he wants to become a hunter to protect Cyan. But Cyan wants to be a hunter too, and decides she’ll go with force, because they sparkle & team up with hunters. Both of them want to grow up fast.

Ohyo
An old cast man who…was somehow built to look like an old man. He has a unique build with ‘round eyeglasses-like’ eyes, big pointy metal mustache, stooped posture & robe like exterior. He says he’d become a hunter if he wasn’t so old.

Natsume -
A pretty pink caseal with a unique build. She says she’s pretty important, but likes the town she’s in.

Gray – Explains the counter & customs shop. He’s the hunters’ guild’s quest coordinator, helping assign the right teams to the right jobs.

Lindow – A magenta & black colored caseal who is the mayor’s secretary. She explains that clerical jobs are perfect for casts because unless they get a memory wipe, anything they memorize they will never forget. She admits she was recently awakened, remembers nothing, and is learning about the world anew. She will answer various questions for you throughout the story. (Ex. The races, the mags, jobs of hunters etc)

Mayor Dairon – He is the mayor of town as well as the master of the Hunters Guild. You need (and get) his approval to become a hunter because Kai recommends you to him. He’s rather blustery, teases people, and is happy in both of his jobs. He knows who to trust though, and justice is important to him. As are hair loss cure possibilities.
