The AMF (Alliance Military Force) was established after the end of the war. This organization is meant to keep the peace in the Gurhal system and defend it from threats. It is supposed to be composed of equal numbers of people from each race. However, this didn't work out and it's composed mostly of CASTs. However, work is being done to change the balance.

The AMF has a reputation for 'doing it their way' and running over anyone in the way. Their philosophy tends to be shoot it or explode it first, and ask questions later. Naturally, with rampant CAST supremacy, they also don't have a reputation of friendlyness.

Online, it is discovered that they have a great interest in SEED.

Name: Fullyen Kurtz
AKA:
Relations: ?
Age: ??
Association: AMF General
Special:
Look: Custom Head/Helmet, Black Armor

Kurtz is a good representative of the AMF's pricklyer qualities. Ethan and his crew are frequently at odds with him during the story. He doesn't seem to like anyone, and regards his missions above all else, even civilian lives. He is determined to 'win' to prove that the AMF is superior to the Guardians, or any other force. It is revealed that he distrusts pretty much everyone living due to witnessing so many arguments and petty disputes in his lifetime. (this suggusts that he is fairly old)
During the battle for Moatoob before the Unification Point, both he, and his batallion of troops lose a fight to a huge number of SEED. Ethan and the Guardians go to rescue them, and find only Kurtz is alive. His secret is also revealed: he actually has a false-flesh head with bright blue hair. It is likely that he wore the helmet so as not to resemble at all what he so hated.
In the end, and online, Kurtz really turns over a new leaf. Ethan's devotion to his friends, courage, and persuit of noble goals causes him to somewhat 'see the light', and he stops being so irritable. Kurtz turns his skills as a commander and rank toward helping people.

Name: Dieing Disguise Man
AKA:
Relations: ?
Age: ??
Association: AMF Deserter
Special:
Look: A robed cast, disguised as a beast complete with fake ears

This is likely the most interesting of the civilians on Moatoob. What appears to be a beast man in robes and a hat/veil is actually a metal-face cast. He is wearing fake beast ears attached to his hat, and uses a veil to cover most of his face. The disguise stands up to casual glances, but would fail in a conversation because you can see his large glowing eyes and plating. This Cast stoops like an old man. He is quite an old cast from the AMF, and knows that he is failing.

He was a soldier during the "Beast Uprising" (apparently one of several) which makes him over 100 years old, at the very least. He tells you about how he wishes to die, and of all the beasts he killed under orders from the AMF. Eventually he confesses that he deserted the military and is hiding out on Moatoob until he dies. You also learn that despite his atrocities against Beast-Kind, Gawik has forgiven him, and now charges his batteries (This type of cast runs on batteries and a power core) so that he will not be in pain (!) until his core finally dies, taking him with it. He is amazed at this kindess. Near the end, Ethan discovers that he has finally stopped, but since he is a cast even though he has died, he remains standing, staring over the canyon.

Name: Stank Geece
AKA:
Relations: ?
Age: ??
Association: AMF General
Special:
Look: Giant brown plating, false flesh face/brown hair

Stank Geece is a friendly cast with an unfortunate name. He is a General in the AMF and hangs around in the GRM shop. He is very large, which makes his false flesh head look small and strange. At first, he is surprised that any human would just come up and talk to him. This is because of the AMF's reputation for being rude/mean to everyone, especially officers. Ethan presists though, and he explains some basics about the AMF, warns you that Fullyen Kurtz is crabby, and comments on current goings-on.

Human AMF Man...##

Name: Mikaris Geid
AKA:
Relations: ?
Age: ??
Association: AMF Communications Officer
Special:
Look: Cast Woman/Black Clothing/Black Hair/Skin Face

Mikaris has one of the biggest reversals in the game. She goes from being the standard haughty/insulting at the start, to even asking you out at the end! As you talk to her, she reveals bits about herself, that she is lonely sometimes, some day she might wish to have a baby (adopt it, presumably) and in the end she asks you out--or rather commands you to ask her out. Ethan won't do it (its a bit out of the blue!) and so in typical fashion she threatens you with accusations of 'persecuting casts' or dumping on older women just for turning her down.
Online, you learn that she is the communications officer of the 117th unit of the AMF anti-SEED force. Curtz is in command of it. She remains neutral/useful toward your party, and the issue of Ethan never comes up.
