Similar to Sil'fer of the hunters, Break is the main character for the Arkz. The other members of the team look up to him. Break joined the Arkz because he figured out that the CARD technology was dangerous to anyone who used it. The 'Germ' used to compress weapons and monsters into CARD form is fatal and contagious to humans. You learn from Break that the Arkz are out to destroy all CARD technology belonging to the Hunters and the Government, and then, destroy their own, to keep everyone safe. Break is a thoughtful person, although he seems somewhat eccentric at times, muttering to himself, and going off for periods of seclusion. He's also suspicious and secretive around others. He was the childhood friend of the hunter Orland, but they ended up on different sides of the war.

Creinu

Creinu is a vein and glamerous FOmarl. She loves jewels and she loves herself. She seems to be one of the older members of the Arkz side team. At one point, she tells the story of Commander Reds' two daughters, and how they ended up as Castor and Pollux, military clone-weapons gone awry.

Memoru

Memoru has a huge ego and a firey temper. She eaisly flys into an outrage over any precieved slight against her. She also thinks she's very beautiful and talented. With her talents as a force, she feels she's very strong, and can go around threatening everyone so that they obey her commands. She bullies others to make them do what she wants.
Memoru hates her former friend from the Hunters' Acadamy, Viviana, for several reasons. It is suspected that Viviana was the more skilled force, and of course Memoru was unhappy with this. Viviana also seemed to protect her, which she hated, and called "Being treated like a baby". However, sometimes during a fight she does not seem to be winning, Memoru will start to call for help from Viviana. What probably broke them apart for good is a disagreement or misunderstanding over a pendant. Because of this, she dropped out of the Hunter's Acadamy before she had a chance to graduate, and joined the Arkz to take her revenge on Viviana.

Peko

Peko loves sweets. He's guided through his day by his appetite. He has named most all of his decks after various food themes, and food can be used to presuade and lure him. He may look and sometimes sound slightly silly, but he is an expert food-taster and really knows what he's talking about in regards to gourmet. He eventually learns how to place food in cards, and thus preserve the taste of certain rare foods
Peko grew up without a family to care for him. The closest thing he knows to a mother would be the character Susan, a friend of Creinu's.

Beck Hyze

Hyze used to be a famous singer. He had been engineered to have a fantastic singing voice, and enjoyed giving concerts for his fans. He believes in following the beat of your soul, to travel the right path in your life. Hyze is upset that when he was converted into a battle model HUcast to fight against the Hunters, his voice chips were damaged. Although he can no longer sing as well as he used to, he still believes in the messages and the power of his songs. All Hyze really wants to do is make people feel good through listening to him.
He can be a bit of a showoff sometimes, but he never lets it interfere with getting his missions done right. Eventually, he gives up trying to sound great with his new altered voice, and instead tries to make people laugh with his music.

Endu

Endu is a mysterious character. He never talks much about himself, preferring to ask you questions about moral issues and views on current events. It is rumored that he is the long lost son of Rico Tyrell. But this is only partially true. Endu was the result of energy left over from the deaths of Falz and OlgaFlow. The people behind these monsters, Heathcliff Flowen and Red Ring Rico had their good energy somehow transformed into a baby. The baby was Endu. The bad portion of what was left of Falz and its infection formed the germ and Anapalm Umbra, the great shadow which produces the germ.

Rufina

Rufina was created as a part of the militarys' Clone-Soldier experiment. She is one of many similar clone HUnewearls. Rufina was rescued by Break from the labratory where they were running painful tests on her, and treating her as a guinea-pig. After her rescue, she decided to join the Arkz to fight against the system that would allow people to suffer like she had. Rufina has a bit of a crush on Break.

Reiz

Reiz was originally built and programmed to kill other androids. Her sole purpose for existing was to carry out orders during the O.P.S.S. operation. All she had ever known was killing hundreds of innocent androids to make room on the ships for the military's Clone Soldier project. While hunting for androids on Ragol, she encountered Ohgun, the RAcast. He was damaged, but crying over the broken pieces of his dead friends. Seeing this scene jarred her from her directives and Reiz discovered herself. She claims that this was the point where she was 'born' and became really self aware. She immedeatly dismissed her programming directives and helped Ohgun. She carried him in for repairs, and later asked a scientist Jean, to erase her horrible memories of the incident, and her previous actions. Reiz really likes Ohgun, and wants to be happy for him. It is rumored that Jean is actually Jean Carlo Montague, one of the few people on Ragol to be able to preform such an operation.

Ohgun

Ohgun is a very calm and quiet person. He loves nature and peaceful things. Ohgun barely escaped the OPSS incident while he was down on Ragol. After being spared by Reiz and repaired, he joined the Arkz. Ohgun fights against the opression of the P2 government, hoping that everyone can get along in peace on Ragol. He doesn't want harm to come to any life form, and dreams of the day when humans, androids and newmen will all live in peace with nature. He is very mellow, and his fighting style reflects this, although he is still a formidable opponent. Ohgun likes Reiz a lot, but is unsure about what to do about his feelings.

K.C. Seems to be on a journey of self-discovery as he fights alongside the Arkz. He wants to improve his fighting skills and learn new information. For some reason, he speaks in a very old and "Medieval" way. He appears to always be extremely polite, but doesn't talk much about himself. He may have a slight crush on Rufina.

Rio

Rio is a very angry person. She yells and snaps at most of the people she meets, and is always ready to try and offend them. She has no patience for anyone who didn't serve in the military, and views civillians as somehow inferior. Despite her nasty personality, she's quite smart, and knows a lot about history. She explains the OPSS incident to a certain degree, and hints at the fate of Collin Tyrell.
Rio is bitter and angry because her entire squad was killed, due to the actions of a traitor. The squad she'd been in had been like a family to her, so it was more then a loss of comrades, and it devastated her.

Lura

Lura is a kind RAcaseal who is in love with Break. She wishes, much like the tin-man in the Wizard of Oz, to have a real heart. For her, it is a device called the Maidens' Heart Unit, which will allow her to have more realistically simulated emotions. What she does not realize is that she is already doing a fine job of really likeing Break. Lura worries about him when he is gone, and most of the focus of a conversation with her centers on Break, and the various ways he makes her feel. She would do anything for him, although it isn't known whether Break acknowledges or appriciates this.
